3.) List if installments debt (Recent statement on all accts
that have a balance)
4.) Cash, Savings, 401k, Stocks, Pension, Gift Shoebox, and/or
Life Ins. that will be used for a down payment.
Note: Any open balance accounts should be closed
Strong compensating factors will allow lender to push up approx.
$5,000.

6.) If banckruptcy, provide discharge letter with judge's signature.
