Prequalification Documents


General

1.) 2 Recent Paystubs showing YTD (Gross plus Deductions)
2.) Two years w2's or Tax Returns (CHFA 3 most recent Tax returns)
3.) List if installments debt (Recent statement on all accts that have a balance)
4.) Cash, Savings, 401k, Stocks, Pension, Gift Shoebox, and/or Life Ins. that will be used for a down payment.

Note: Any open balance accounts should be closed

Strong compensating factors will allow lender to push up approx. $5,000.

d. Credit History - Payments
ACORN

1.) 4 Recent Paystubs showing YTD (Gross plus ded.)
2.) Last 2 years tax returns
3.) Credit Report - 3 Bureaus (Reports pulled at meeting for $20)
4.) 3 Months Bank Statements
5.) Last 12 months cancel rent checks (front and back) or letter from landlord if renting.
6.) If banckruptcy, provide discharge letter with judge's signature.  Must be 2 years prior.
